• New users receive 3 free credits
• Additional credits can be purchased
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

Prices are displayed in your local currency and may change. You will be notified of price changes before they affect you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract AI models
• Abuse, harass, or harm others
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or malicious code
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform

6. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of all content you provide (CV data, personal information). By using our Service, you grant us a license to use this content solely to provide the Service.

CVs and cover letters generated by our AI belong to you. We claim no ownership over AI-generated content.

The Service, including design, code, and trademarks, is owned by CV Manager AI and protected by intellectual property laws.

Our AI-powered features:

• Are provided "as is" without guarantees of specific outcomes
• May produce varying results based on input quality

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CV MANAGER AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the past 12 months

10. Termination

• Abuse the Service
